Hello everyone! I was raised in Woodstock, GA and relocated to Utah when I chose to study Advertising at Brigham Young University.

While serving as a missionary in Chile, I met my wife's uncle who later introduced me to her! We met via a video call and fell in love after about 10 minutes.

We have three beautiful kids who fill our home with so much love. We speak Spanish at home and enjoy rock climbing. I'm a retired airline pilot and enjoy talking about deep things that I don't understand.

Shawn Wortham is an entrepreneur, fighter pilot in the United States Air Force, and founder dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations grow with clarity and purpose. He is the founder of Charter Connect, a marketing agency specializing in charter school enrollment and community engagement, and Packed Class, a software platform that simplifies and automates student enrollment systems for schools across the country.

In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Shawn serves as a fighter pilot and is a Distinguished Graduate of the Squadron Officer School, an honor recognizing superior leadership, performance, and commitment among Air Force officers. His military experience has deeply shaped his leadership philosophy—grounded in discipline, clarity of mission, and the responsibility to serve something greater than oneself.

Shawn’s professional work focuses on helping leaders and organizations remove friction, build aligned systems, and focus their energy on what matters most. He is deeply influenced by the principles of essentialism, intentional living, and disciplined growth, and believes meaningful impact comes from doing fewer things—but doing them exceptionally well.

Outside of his professional and military roles, Shawn’s most important role is at home. He has been married to his wife, Megan Wortham, for 11 years, and together they are raising their four children: Georgia, Raleigh, Anniston, and Monroe. His family is his foundation and greatest source of perspective, reinforcing his commitment to live and lead with intentionality.

I’m a loving wife to a supportive husband, and a devoted dog and cat mom. With a strong sense of adaptability and resilience, I balance the demands of being a military spouse with my love for learning new things, whether exploring new destinations through travel or discovering fresh recipes to try in the kitchen. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering and can find peace in both the pages of a good book or the outdoors. Above all, I treasure spending time with friends and family, finding joy in shared experiences and meaningful connections.

Professionally, I am a dedicated Client Success and Packed Class Manager at Charter Connect, where I have been trying to make an impact since September 2023. I work closely with clients to streamline and enhance their enrollment processes, leveraging my creativity, and problem-solving skills. I particularly enjoy learning about the charter school community and collaborating with inspiring educators and administrators to help them achieve their goals.

I'm originally from Guatemala, a beautiful country in Central America. Growing up, my family encouraged me to learn English as a second language, and I had the opportunity to practice it in various jobs. Since joining Charter Connect in December 2022, I’ve gained invaluable knowledge and truly love what I do.

Traveling is one of my biggest passions. I’ve visited 30 countries so far, and one of my goals is to see all seven wonders of the world. I also enjoy learning languages and have studied French, which I love to practice whenever I get the chance. I’m always up for a great conversation about culture, spirituality, politics, or marketing—I promise it’ll be a good chat!

As the marketing team lead, my goal is to ensure clear communication, develop and implement effective marketing strategies, and make the necessary adjustments to help us perform at our best. None of this would be possible without our amazing team. Together, we will work with you to deliver great service.

Outside of work, I’m all about family, adventure, and creativity. I’m a former high school teacher turned homeschooling mom to four incredible kids, and I’ve been married to my best friend for over ten years.

I love spending quiet days geocaching with my family, getting lost in a good book, or playing games around the table with loved ones. I’m also a bit of a maker at heart—I craft homemade soaps and enjoy building and creating things around the house.

I grew up racing dirt bikes and still have a deep love for motorcycles. Living in Utah means I’m always surrounded by beautiful mountains, and I feel lucky to call this place home.

I try to live each day with intention, kindness, and a focus on serving the people around me.

I am a devoted spouse and parent who loves my family most of all! After serving seven years as a space officer in the Air Force, I separated from active duty when my son was born to focus on family life.

My college goofball and I now cherish every moment with our 4-year-old son, 3-year-old daughter, and beloved golden retriever. Passionate about crafting, gardening, growing things, and watching my kids learn, I find joy in creativity and nature.

Whether going for walks, cheering our kids on as they learn to ride bikes, or getting lost in a good book, I embrace the simple, meaningful moments that make life beautiful!

Growing up as a military kid, adaptability and adventure became second nature to me. Now, as a proud military spouse stationed in sunny Phoenix, AZ, I continue to embrace the fast-paced and exciting lifestyle that comes with being married to a fighter pilot. My husband and I share two incredible kids who keep our lives full of laughter, love, and plenty of energy.

While I am a nurse by trade, this season of life has led me to embrace the joys of being a stay-at-home mom. From early morning storytime to late-night baking experiments, I love creating special moments with my family. When I’m not chasing little feet around the house, you can find me lost in a good book, testing out new recipes in the kitchen, or soaking up the sun at the beach—my happy place.

I have a deep love for connecting with people, whether it’s making new friends or catching up with old ones. Working from home has been a blessing, allowing me the flexibility to balance family life while still pursuing my passions.

Working at Charter Connect has been a way to step back into the workforce while still being the mom I strive to be—my most important role. The connections I have made at Charter Connect and everything about this job have been more than I could ever imagine, and I am so grateful.

As a Third Culture Kid and now a proud military spouse, I’ve spent my life embracing new adventures, cultures, and communities. Having moved 15+ times across 8 different countries both as a child and an adult, I’ve developed a passion for adaptability, resiliency, connection, and lifelong learning.

I love traveling and spending time at the beach, where I always feel at home no matter where we are in the world. One of my goals in life is to visit as many different places as possible.

Professionally, after 10 years as a stay-at-home mum, I now work part-time as a Client Success Specialist for Charter Connect, a role that allows me to blend my love for organization, communication, and education while still being present for my two boys and husband.

Life is always an adventure, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Hi! I am a mom to my three-year-old son, a dog mom to the fluffiest dog in the world, and a wife to a fighter pilot. As a military family, we have moved often, living in North Carolina, England, Alabama, and will soon live in Idaho. As a family, we love to travel and explore new places and cultures!

I grew up playing competitive volleyball, and after obtaining my Master's degree, I coached competitive travel volleyball for six years. I am a creative person who loves calligraphy, embroidery stitching, and creating digital lettering designs. I love reading and catching up on the latest TV shows and films. Bonus points if I read a book that has a show or film adaptation!

I began my journey with Charter Connect in 2025, and have truly enjoyed learning from the absolute best team!

I’m a military spouse to a proud “Hawg driver,” which means life has given me the opportunity to call many places home. Through this Air Force journey, serving as a Key Spouse Liaison has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Each move brings new beginnings, and this role has allowed me to build genuine friendships, strong community connections, and relationships that have shaped both my personal and professional growth in ways I’m incredibly grateful for.

I joined Charter Connect looking to pivot my career and expand my skill set while continuing to grow professionally. One of the things I value most is having work that can travel with me wherever life takes us, allowing me to blend the business side of my career with one of my greatest passions, traveling and experiencing new places and cultures.
