This Privacy Policy explains how Packed Class LLC ("Packed Class," "we," "us") handles information when you visit www.packedclass.com (the "Site") or contact us about our enrollment software.
This policy covers the Site only. The Packed Class enrollment platform at app.packedclass.com, and enrollment pages we host for schools, process information on behalf of the schools that use them under our agreements with those schools. If you applied to a school through Packed Class, that school controls your application information; please contact the school with questions about it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo, email us or call us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, school or organization, and your message. Demo requests are submitted through a form hosted by Typeform.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that deliver the Site (GitHub Pages for hosting, Google Fonts for typefaces, and YouTube for help videos on our how-to page) receive standard technical information when your browser loads a page, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. The Site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and schedule product demos, including by email, phone or text message
- To provide information about Packed Class that you asked for
- To operate, secure and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, Typeform for demo request forms, and our email, calendar and hosting providers), who may use it only to provide their services to us; with our affiliate Charter Connect, which helps operate Packed Class; when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others; or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number when requesting a demo, we may text you about scheduling your demo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing marketing@charterconnect.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as required.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for school leaders and staff. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the Site.
Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, such as Charter Connect, Typeform and social media profiles. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
